鲍鱼菇

鲍鱼菇：（Abalone Mushroom Pleurotus Abalonus Han）口蘑科侧耳属动物，一般指盖囊侧耳。

一种食用菌。形似鲍鱼，故名。担子菌纲，白蘑科。子实体单生至群生。菌盖扇形或不规则团扇形，直径5～24cm，初黑色。菌肉肥厚、结实。菌柄粗短，侧生。人工培养时有特殊的黑色头状的分生孢子梗束。夏秋生于榕树、刺桐、悬铃木、番石榴活树的死亡部分。主要分布于中国福建、台湾、浙江等地。
