电泳：（Electrophoresis）指的是带电颗粒在电场作用下，向着与其电性相反的电极移动的现象。
电的胶体粒子受外加电场的影响而在分散介质中做定向移动的现象。例如阴性的三硫化二砷胶体粒子会向阳极移动，阳性的氢氧化铁胶体粒子会向阴极移动。利用电泳可以分离带不同电荷的溶胶物质。电泳技术在生物化学、营养学的分离分析试验中有许多实际应用。
