条件必需氨基酸

条件必需氨基酸：（Conditionally Essen-Tial Amino Acid）人体虽能够合成但不能满足正常需要的氨基酸。

1、体内能以必需氨基酸为前体合成的氨基酸。如酪氨酸苯丙氨酸合成，半胱氨酸由和甲硫氨酸合成。亦称半必需氨基酸。
2、体在创伤、感染及某些消耗性疾病状态下，一些本可自身合成但不能满足机体需要，必需从食物中获得的氨基酸。如精氨酸和谷氨酰胺。
3、条件必需氨基酸又被称为半必需氨基酸或条件必需氨基酸。人体蛋白质均由20多种氨基酸组成。其中大部分可在人体内合成，但有9种氨基酸人体不能合成或合成的速度不能满足机体的需要，它们是苏氨酸、蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、缬氨酸、赖氨酸、色氨酸和组氨酸。

Conditional essential amino acids are also called semi essential amino acids or conditionally essential amino acids. Human protein is composed of more than 20 kinds of amino acids. Most of them can be synthesized in the human body, but there are 9 kinds of amino acids that the human body cannot synthesize or the speed of synthesis cannot meet the needs of the body. They are threonine, methionine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, valine, lysine, tryptophan and histidine.
