磷脂酰胆碱：（Phosphatidylcholine，Pc）磷脂酰胆碱又称为蛋黄素，存在于动植物组织及卵黄中的一组黄褐色的油脂性物质。
称卵磷脂。学名：1，2-二脂酰基-Sn-甘油-3-磷酸胆碱。磷脂酰基与胆碱的羟基酯化形成的甘油磷酸酯。所含脂肪酸属饱和或不饱和，黄或褐色蜡状物质，易与水混合，显微镜下呈不规则长颗粒。是动植物细胞的必需组分，富含于神经组织，特别是髓鞘和蛋黄中。
