冰棍

冰棍：（Ice-lolly）由水和糖冷冻后形成的产品，俗称老冰棍。

1、冷食名。把水、果汁、糖、牛奶等混合搅拌冷冻而成，一般为长条形，中有细棍儿，一端露出，可供手拿。亦称冰棒、冰糕。 犹冰条。
2、称冰糕、棒冰、冰棒。冷食品的一类。以饮用水、食糖、淀粉、增香剂、豆类等加工而成的带棒硬质冷食品。按坯料中有无添加不溶性颗粒原料而分清型和混合型。每一型中按辅料不同又可分若干种。有果味、奶味、可可味、茶味、咸味和豆类冰棍。总干物质含量不少于10％，总糖量不少于8％。
